brotherly love and a disclaimer

As you may notice my blog's look is changing up a bit. I'm seriously considering having something custom designed, but I do get bored easily. Maybe if it was something I paid for it would stick for a while. That and I don't know if I want to stick with my current name. I've been mulling over some possible names, and haven't come up with the one. Any ideas?

Now on to the real reason for this post.
